My family just visited me from Sedalia and told me that Wheel-Inn is in danger of closing due to alterations to the 65 Highway. Is this true? This establishment should be on the National Register of Historic Places. Once on the Register, the owners can apply for federal funds for its up-keep and restoration. This process tales time and commitment from concerned individuals. My husband and I would be willing to help if someone could gather historical info.
