We are planning on going from Boonville to Jefferson City this Friday. Does anyone know how long it takes before the trail will open just west of Rocheport?
The river elevation is predicted to go lower than the flood stage for that area by Monday. If so, should that port in of the trail open by Friday (Oct 19)?
