The stops you have listed, Bluffton and Hartsburg are about right for a days ride. At least those stops have worked out well for me in the past. In Bluffton 9 or 10 bucks to camp and reasonable price to for B&B, Hartsburg is about as inexpensive as it gets whether you camp or B&B, a good place to feed the trail/park donation box.
