We rode from St. Charles to Sedalia from 6/8 thru 6/12. Had no mishaps, but water was far and few between. Be prepared, take extra water and also power drinks! They really make a difference. Some of the trailheads said they had water, but didn't. Trashcans were also needed at each stop. Lastly, I would think there should be some recycle containers somewhere with all the plastic bottles that riders get rid of.
