How many hours a day did the railroad run how far and how may people did ride on the train

The MKT Railroad (nickname Katy) ran 24 hours per day. Their service ran right down to
Texas, San Antonio and Galveston were the farthest reaches. There is no way to track how
many passengers as ridership was up with troop trains during the war and during the World's
Fair in St Louis. Safe to say a lot.
