I live in Augusta, last night we were able to ride to Klondike Park, but no further east. I had to couples (we own a B&B) that rode into Marthasville late afternoon with no problem, however there were signs posted that the trail was closed. I know for sure it is closed in Treloar. I will try to post again as the water recedes, may take a ride later in the afternoon to see how quickly the water goes down, but the trail will be sloggy and muddy and debris covered. Be especially careful at the bridges, the get slick and boards can become loose.
