If this is the one I'm thinking of, it's a sheltered business set-up next to a resale shop across the street from a bank just north of the trail head in Dutzow. It's only open on weekends. Please anyone let me know if this is wrong.

That is correct. I haven't seen them open other than weekends. The Q is very good and reasonably priced. It's usually under a small awning.
